Customizing & Ordering Promotional Pens FAQs
The minimum order quantity for plastic or eco pens is 50 pieces, while for metal pens, it’s 30 pieces, due to the initial setup costs.
Most of our plastic pens can have 3-5 lines with up to 35 characters per line. Each pen will disclose the maximum number of lines it can have.
We print our laser engraved metal pens with up to only 2 lines.
The proofs are completely free of charge and will be emailed to you in JPEG format within 24 hours after you place your order. Once you receive the proof, you can modify it as needed until you are 100% satisfied. Once you approve the proof, we can continue with printing your order.
Samples can be sent via courier within two days after you select your pen model on our website. Please note that there will be an additional fee for sample including delivery, which can be adjusted at the time of your final order placement.
