CUSTOM BAGS

Perfect package collection for your business

Custom Bags

Bags are fundamental for the development of human civilization. This may seem like a bold statement about an object that has become a fashion accessory for many; however, we must not forget that they were originally invented to keep valuables safe and allow us to transport more items than could readily be carried by hand.

We can help you create a custom printed bag that will elevate your business and best represent your brand. All you need to do is define the purpose and choose from a range of styles and sustainable materials.

What is the purpose of your printed bag?

Custom printed bags can serve a variety of purposes for businesses all of which are explored below. Once you know what the purpose of your bag is, we can help you create the most suitable one to get the job done.

What style of bag do you need?

The different ways of printing custom bags

Screen printing

One of the most popular techniques is screen printing, or silk-screen printing as it is also known. This involves placing your design onto a screen which is then pressed onto the bag. With screen printing, we can print using up to 4 colors on both sides of your bag.

Heat transfer printing

Heat Transfer method differs from screen-printing as it uses the ink from paper which is then thermally transferred to the Cotton, Drawstring & Non woven bags.

Heat transfer printing is a newer decoration method, but it’s come a long way from the iron-on decals of old. With heat transfer, also known as digital transfer, your custom logo or design is printed onto transfer paper and then ink is thermally transferred from the paper to your fabric using heat and pressure. In addition, the heat transfer printing technique can be used on vinyl with print and cut materials.

Digital printing

Digital printing is the process of printing designs directly on to a material with no need for a printing plate. Digital files can be sent directly to the digital printing press to print the image directly onto the media substrate.

It’s simple, fast and works really well on paper bags and kraft bags.

Embroidery

Embroidery uses a needle and thread to stitch the artwork or pattern into a fabric giving it a more luxurious look. Though it can be more time-consuming and costly than other printing methods, it adds a lot more value to the product. It’s always a great option for bags and kitchen textiles.

Embroidery is better suited for simpler logos and artwork and it is only available on fabrics such as cotton, jute and canvas. .

Custom bags made sustainable

Though the original intent behind plastic bags was to move away from the use of paper bags with a more ‘eco-friendly’ and affordable solution, it has actually done more harm than good.

5 trillion a year

Globally, we use 160,000 plastic bags every second, or 5 trillion a year, and less than 1% are recycled. This has resulted in millions of tonnes of plastic waste piling up on landfill sites where it takes roughly 300 years to photo degrade.

300 million plastic bags

An estimated 300 million plastic bags end up in the Atlantic Ocean every year and, if we continue at this rate, by 2050 the world’s oceans could contain more plastic than fish measured by weight.

Environmental impact

The issue is not just with what happens to plastic bags at the end of their short lifecycle. The production of plastic bags requires the extraction and heating of fossil fuels which releases greenhouse gases into the atmosphere.
