Screen printing only can be done with solid color that are one color, two colors or maximum three colors on bottles.
Many types of inks CMYK or Pantone can be used, each of them can be adapted in the best possible way to the objective we have in mind. This means that we can
use resin inks, oil, water-based inks and even powder inks.
This printing method can be used for any color bottle and is the most cost-effective printing technique out of all mentioned here in this post. If you are looking to print a basic design at the lowest costs, screen printing is the way to go.
Round Screen printing
A prevalent printing technique with which we can print an advertising message around the entire surface of the bottle. The print is durable, affordable, and the product itself looks very nice and original due to the print over the whole surface.
Round Screen printing can be done with one or two solid colors on bottles that has smooth surface.
Sublimation - Full color transfer
If your design has many colors, your best promotional water bottle printing technique is full color transfer. It includes an unlimited number of colors and is a great printing method for detailed designs. Still, expect to pay a high price for such a design.
Dye sublimation utilizes printing onto a transfer paper instead of a screen. This is a heat press technique where the design is put beside the water bottle and heated at high temperatures to transfer the desired design.
Dye sublimation is only possible on white coated metal bottles.
